Customs introduces new e-services
Customs has launched two new e-services. The services guide you when filling in certain applications and some of the information has been prefilled for you. A Katso identification code is required for using the services. Katso identification ensures the data security of the services.
The new services are:
- Applying for a message exchange authorisation
In this service, you can apply for a message exchange authorisation for customs warehousing.
In order to identify yourself, you need the following: Katso ID + the role service provider.

- Applying for an EORI number
In this service, you can apply for an EORI number for your company.
In order to identify yourself, you need the following: Katso ID (there are no user roles in this service).
