The whistleblowing report channel under the EU Whistleblower Directive has been implemented in Valtori since 1 January 2023. The channel makes it possible to provide direct feedback on addressable shortcomings in our operations.
The function includes receiving the report, communicating with the whistleblower, and investigating the matter.
The report can be made through the whistleblowing channel or by contacting an independent processing team established for processing the reports (Kimmo Suopajärvi, [email protected]).
We recommend using this particular report channel
The channel also enables anonymous reporting. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within seven days of receiving the report.

In addition, a reply shall be sent to the whistleblower concerning the measures taken or planned to be taken on the basis of the report, as well as the reasoning behind the choosing the follow-up measures in question. In accordance with the Directive, the reply shall be given within three months from the receipt of notification on the receipt of the report.

The password should be stored carefully, as the password cannot be recovered.
