We provide basic IT services for the entire central government. We provide our customers with a variety of services, from the provision of computers and phones to data connections and cloud capacity. Our services enable government employees to do their work, even in exceptional situations.

We produce part of our services ourselves, and the rest we purchase from our partners. We provide our services in two different environments: the common network used by the central government and the security network used by Finnish security authorities.

We offer a wide range of services, and the scale of our operations is illustrated by the fact that we are responsible for over 100,000 workstations and 12,000 servers.

ICT Services for Individuals

We provide government employees with the ICT devices and systems they need, such as computers, mobile devices, video conferencing services, and communication applications. Our services enable our customers to perform their work, both at the office and remotely.

ICT Services for Organisations

We provide basic ICT services to central government organisations, such as identity management and single sign-on solutions, shared governmental publishing platforms, and expert platform services. Our services allow organisations to focus on their core tasks.

ICT Expert Services

Our experts can help our customers in their use and development of basic ICT services, and our ICT migration service makes moving between premises a breeze.

ICT Background Services

We also provide services that enable and secure the use of shared central government ICT services, such as data centre and capacity services, data communications services, and integration services. We make use of comprehensive information security services to safeguard our customer organisations’ terminal devices, servers, and online communications.

Help Desk Services

Valtori’s customer support – which is available through our service portals and by phone – is open to all central government employees who need help in using our services and during any sudden disruptions.

In addition, we offer cloud services for different customer needs.
